Drupal - and CiviCRM - Projects

Semper IT inc. - based in Calgary - specializes in interactive Drupal and CiviCRM websites for non-profits and small businesses. Below please find a brief description of some of my current and recent projects.

  • A fantastic Toronto Based Charity that provides programs and services to support people with physical disabilities. If you've not heard of them yet: check out their new Drupal 7 site! The site is hosted by Alan Dixon on his pair of dedicated servers optimized for Drupal/CiviCRM. We've recently added CiviCRM to the site and are drafting Event registrations as well as Online donations.

  • A Drupal site for a unique Calgary based wood craftsman. Check out some of his work on this new site! Bob is able to upload and re-organize his own photos. CKK, Views, Panels and Taxonomy are used to upload and automatically position photos in the different sections of the site. I host it on a virtual private server that we run.

  • La Leche League Canada’s mission is to encourage, promote and provide mother-to-mother breastfeeding support and educational opportunities as an important contribution to the health of children, families and society. This is a project with a Drupal front end and CiviCRM for constituents management. This site is also hosted by the very capable hands of Alan Dixon.

This was a refugee project: previous developers had not delivered after nearly 18 months and a sizeable amount of money. Karin picked up the pieces and sought out Alan to provide hosting, server administration/security...

  • A Drupal site for a new and upcoming photographer. Key to this project was giving Alma the ability to upload and re-organize her own photos. CKK, Views, Panels and Taxonomy are used to upload and automatically position photos in Albums. The site also includes a Travel Blog. I host it on a virtual private server that we run.
